Operations Manager

CamInstructor – Cambridge, ON

CamInstructor develops and sells CAD/CAM training products and solutions for both corporate and academic organizations/institutions across North America. We are looking for an experienced and innovative customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of our small company and ensure the day-to-day operations of the office are maintained and run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders.
  • Helping customers with orders and inquiries.
  • Dealing with potential customers and their inquiries.
  • Registering trainees for our Instructor Led Training Courses.
  • Keeping our database up to date and accurate.
  • Setting up and managing customers on our Online Course Site.
  • Some bookkeeping activities including, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable.
  • Potential to manage some marketing projects including lead generation research.

Requirements:

  • A College and/or University graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service role in an office and/or remote office environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working with customers on the telephone and via email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of email, internet, accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Customer Relation Management Software (Hubspot or similar), Google Docs, QuickBooks.
  • Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Highly organized and flexible.
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
  • Strong customer service perspective.
  • Continuous learner.
  • Team player.
