Guarantee

We guarantee that after completing our Mastercam Training Guide or Mastercam E-Learning Modules you will have a fundamental understanding of Mastercam or we will refund your money.

The small print:

  1. "Completing" means completing all the Lessons in the Mastercam Training Guide or Mastercam E-Learning Module.
  2. A "fundamental understanding" means that you can complete the Lesson drawings with the aid of the text and videos.
  3. We will "refund your money" under the following conditions:
  • You send us an email within 14 days of the purchase, telling us why the Training Guide or E-Learning Module did not help you learn Mastercam.
  • You have not accessed more than 25% of any individual course within the bundle or online content.
  • We need to receive your book in usable condition, if you purchased a Training Guide.
  • We will refund your credit card once your refund has been approved.
  • By purchasing a Mastercam bundle with our installment plan,  you are agreeing to complete all 12 monthly payments for the designated amount. Please note that this is not a monthly subscription and is bound by our return policy/cancellation policy regarding online courses.
  • Once a certification test has been started, completed or graded, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the 14-day refund window.
