Senior Sales & Customer Retention

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to assist customers in their successful use of our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. 

 Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Work virtually with prospects and customers to identify opportunities for growth
  • Demonstrate our product line via webinars

Qualifications

  • Previous sales and customer retention experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Possibility of some travel

In this position you will be working with various accounts from start to finish and will include the following:

  1. Build the account using methods such as webinars, phone calls and emails to show the potential/current customer what we offer.

  2. Process the account by sending quotes and placing orders.

  3. Service the account by assisting in setting up their online accounts as well as the end users accounts.

  4. Manage the account by following up and ensuring they are utilizing the training materials to their fullest extent.
